When will my order arrive?

We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of payment. Delivery time averages 2-5 days. Fabric orders may take up to 28 working days as they are printed to order. If you have any questions regarding your delivery please don’t hesitate to contact us.

What payment method do you use?

We accept most major credit and debit cards as well as paypal payments through our website.

Are my payment details secure?

Absolutely. All transactions are secure and encrypted and we do not store any of your payment information.

Which courier do you use for shipping?

The majority of our orders will be shipped using Royal Mail 1st class delivery. For some larger orders we may use a courier to ensure the safe and quick arrival of your goods. 

What is your return and refund policy?

If there is a problem with your purchase and you require a refund or exchange please notify us within 14 days of receipt of your goods. 

Products should be unused and returned in perfect condition and in original packaging where possible. We will refund your money or exchange your item within 21 days of receipt of your purchase.

All our products are designed and manufactured in Britain. We are proud to support British industry. 

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we do not ship internationally though we plan to in the near future To stay informed about international shipping follow us on our social media or contact us here and we will let you know when this is available.
